Shipping Policy

1. To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners / Indian postal services.

2. We ship from Monday through Saturday excluding public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any shipment not arriving within any guaranteed time due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Tracking code will be sent to you by SMS / WhatsApp / Email, once your product is shipped.

4. We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any loss/damage in transit. If you find that the packing tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package, and inform us, mentioning your order reference number. 

5. All the shipping charges/fees will be borne by the consignee/buyer.

Return Policy

​

1. Return facility is only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is UNAVAILABLE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

2. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. The Return policy offers you the option to return items purchased within 12 days of dispatch or 7 days of receipt.

4. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.

5. We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you.

6. We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in-transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).

7. The time-frame listed above is for customers to contact us and request for a return of their order.

8. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
